At Cortex, the security and privacy of our customers’ data is of the utmost importance. We want to ensure that your information and the images you process through our API are protected and handled with the highest level of security and care. We do not store your images.

One of the fundamental principles of our privacy policy is that we do not store the images you upload through the API after the vectorization process has been completed. As soon as the corresponding vector has been generated and the response has been delivered to you, we permanently delete the original image from our servers. This ensures that your visual data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not unnecessarily retained.

Use of access tokens

To access our API, a unique access token is required. This token is essential to authenticate your requests and ensure that only authorized persons or applications can use the API.

Secure Communication Security.

All communications between your application and our servers are done over secure, encrypted connections. We use industry standard security protocols to protect your data during transfer.
